Experience: 3+ years
Provides technical onsite and phone support for internal / external end users on a variety of hardware and software problems including operating system support, communication problems, application support, system access problems, and database support. Escalates problems when unable to make proper determination. Log customer contacts in Remedy and assigns tickets. Proficiency in creating / developing Ghost images for desktop and laptop computers is required. Experience in providing support in MS Office 2007, Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 and I.E 7 & 8 is a must. NOC PC & Mainframe support experience preferred. Candidates must possess an A+ Certification or higher.
Education Required: Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Associates degrees preferred.
